Special Olympics Auckland – Powerlifting
The Auckland Powerlifting Association proudly supports and works alongside Special Olympics New Zealand to promote inclusive powerlifting opportunities for athletes with intellectual disabilities across the Auckland region and to help deliver the Memorandum of Understanding that New Zealand Powerlifting Federation has with Special Olympics New Zealand.
Auckland is currently home to two Special Olympics powerlifting teams:
